This is an antique porcelain Ideal Stant moisturizer. Heavy porcelain Stant moisturizer would be used to wet. Water would be in the tub and you spin the moisturizer around and as it picked up water put the stamp on it to activate the glue. It has a wonderful patina of crazing in the enamel on the porcelain wheel, and a few chips around the edge as shown in the photograph. A really nice vintage rare find. Manufactured by.Seigbusch self-closing inkstand company. The base measures approximately 4 1/4“ x 3 1/4“ x 2 1/8“ high.
